A valid requisition for an EGM of Arjun Engineering Ltd is received at its registered office on 1 March. The Board does nothing. By what date must the Board have proceeded to call the meeting, and what is the latest day for the meeting if the Board calls it?

The Board must proceed to call the meeting within 21 days of receiving a valid requisition, fixing a meeting day not later than 45 days from receipt. If it fails, the requisitionists may call the meeting themselves within three months of the requisition.
