Ananya Infra Pvt Ltd has received a letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the SEZ Act, 2005 for developing an SEZ. Which step must the Developer take next so that the identified area can be notified as an SEZ?

After receiving the letter of approval, the Developer must submit the exact particulars of the identified area to the Central Government. The Government, once satisfied that the prescribed requirements are fulfilled, notifies the area as a Special Economic Zone under section 4(1).
