Ind AS 102 was amended through 'Amendments to References to the Conceptual Framework in Ind AS issued in 2021', which changed the footnote to the definition of an equity instrument. From which annual periods must an entity apply this amendment, and how?
The amendment applies to annual periods beginning on or after 1 April 2021, retrospectively under Ind AS 8. If that is impracticable or involves undue cost or effort, the entity applies it by reference to the specified paragraphs of Ind AS 8.
