Ravi, a citizen, is arrested and kept in custody. Under Article 22 as it applies to a person arrested under an ordinary law, which protection is available to him?

A person arrested under an ordinary law must be produced before the nearest Magistrate within 24 hours of arrest, excluding the time needed for travel. Article 22 also gives rights to know the grounds of arrest and to consult a lawyer.
