Under section 378ZA, to whom must the notice of a general meeting of a Producer Company, indicating date, time and place, be sent?
The notice must be sent to every member and the auditor of the Producer Company. Section 378ZA(8) requires the notice indicating date, time and place to go to both, not just to large shareholders or directors.
