A state Real Estate Authority wishes to encourage promoters to build environmentally sustainable and affordable housing by recommending standardised construction materials and techniques to the government. Under which type of function does this fall?

Explanation

Section 32(e) lists measures to encourage environmentally sustainable and affordable housing and standardisation of materials and techniques among the Authority's promotion functions, carried out by making recommendations to the appropriate Government or competent authority. Section 37 directions go to promoters, allottees or agents and are not recommendations to government.
