Under the Act, where is a consumer mediation cell established in relation to the National Commission?

The Central Government establishes, by notification, a consumer mediation cell attached to the National Commission and each of its regional Benches. Cells for District and State Commissions are established by the State Government, and each cell submits a quarterly report to its Commission.
